Indicatore di peso in custodia a norme DIN (96 x 192 x 150 mm, foratura 92 x 186 mm) per montaggio a fronte quadro. Tastiera in policarbonato a 18 tasti. Un display numerico a 6 cifre da 7 segmenti da 14 mm. Un display semialfanumerico LCD retroilluminato, due righe da 16 caratteri, altezza 5 mm. Grado di protezione del frontale IP 54. Orologio Calendario.
Per versioni superiori a 4 prodotti:
Uno o due moduli 8 relè esterni in base al numero dei prodotti. Dimensioni: 93 x 126 x h 60. Alimentazione 24 Vcc 8 W; contatti 115 Vca 0,5 A. Adatti per montaggio su barra Omega/DIN, da installare a distanza max 100 metri.

Il WR dispone di due porte seriali indipendenti (COM1=RS232; COM2=RS232 o RS422/485) per collegamento a:
PC/PLC (COM2) mediante protocolli di comunicazione Laumas o ModBus RTU o Profi bus DP (RS422/485). I protocolli consentono la lettura del peso, la programmazione e la lettura delle formule, lo start e lo stop al dosaggio, l’acquisizione dei netti dosati, la lettura dei totali, la lettura e l’aggiornamento delle giacenze.

Calcolo dei consumi e giacenze per ogni prodotto; pesando i silos delle materie prime tramite dei trasmettitori di peso e relative celle di carico è possibile trasmettere al WR il reale contenuto della quantità (giacenze) presente nei sili.

WR is equipped with two serial ports (COM1=RS232; COM2=RS232 or RS422/485) for connection to:

Laumas or ModBus RTU or Profi bus DP (RS422/485). Protocol allows the weight reading, formulas programming and reading, start and stop batching, batched net weights acquisition, totals reading, stock reading.

WR controls 8 products plus 4 litre-counter in succession.
Option “Reading real stock”:
Calculation of consumption and stock for each product. By weighing the silos by means weight transmitters and load cells, it is possible transmit to WR the real quantity (stock) present into the silos.
